Nuisance vehicles and use of off road bikes

Dear Resident,

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Anti-social behaviour - General, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

There has been an increase in the use of off road vehicles within the BILLINGHAM SOUTH ward area.
